Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 100k Days LLC, doing business as Performance Max ("Performance Max," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information through performancemax.com and through our internal campaign management tool (the "Tool"), which is built on the Google Ads API.
1. Who we are
Performance Max is a Google Ads management agency based in the United States. We manage Google Ads accounts for a small number of businesses that have granted us access through our Google Ads manager account. Contact: ryan@performancemax.com.
2. Information we collect
- Website visitors: performancemax.com has no user accounts and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- People who contact us: if you apply for our audit waitlist or message us on Telegram or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, company, ad spend, and details about your business. We use it only to review your application and reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Google Ads data (through the Tool): when a client grants us access to their Google Ads account, the Tool accesses that account's data through the Google Ads API, using Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads scope. This data can include account structure, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, audiences, conversion settings, and performance metrics.
3. How we use Google Ads data
We use Google Ads data only to provide our services to the client that owns the account:
- creating, editing, and managing campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, and bids;
- reporting on and analyzing campaign performance;
- diagnosing and fixing account issues.
The Tool is internal. Only authorized Performance Max team members use it, and only for accounts whose owners have given us access. We do not offer the Tool to the public.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade Google Ads data or any personal information.
- We do not share one client's Google Ads data with another client or with any third party, except as required by law or with the client's instruction.
- We do not use Google Ads data for our own advertising, to build profiles of individuals, or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
5. Storage, security, and retention
OAuth credentials are stored securely and are never shared. Access is limited to authorized team members. We keep Google Ads data only as long as we need it to provide services to that client. When an engagement ends, we delete stored data for that client's account within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run our business, such as website hosting, cloud infrastructure, and reporting tools. They process data only on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
7. Revoking access
Clients can revoke our access at any time by unlinking our manager account in Google Ads, or by removing the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also email us to ask us to delete data we hold about you or your account.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Email ryan@performancemax.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date above.
