These Terms govern your use of performancemax.com (the "Site"), which is operated by 100k Days LLC, doing business as Performance Max ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site
The Site gives general information about our Google Ads management services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. Past results, including the figures shown on the Site, do not guarantee future performance.
2. Services
Our services, including any Compatibility Demo, are provided only under a separate written or electronic agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
3. Our campaign management tool
We use an internal tool built on the Google Ads API to manage client accounts. It is not offered to the public. We use it only for accounts whose owners have given us access, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, logos, and design belong to 100k Days LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Google Ads and Google Partner are trademarks of Google LLC.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, 100k Days LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Site.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 100k Days LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
